How it works
- 1 Answer as many questions as you like. Short answers are fine.
- 2 Tap WhatsApp, Text or Copy to send your answers to whoever is organizing.
- 3 Or print your answers, or print a blank copy for everyone in the office.
- 4 Organizers paste each person’s answers into the Secret Santa generator’s wish list box before the draw.
Answers that actually help your Secret Santa
- → Be specific. “Dark chocolate with sea salt” beats “chocolate”.
- → Give a range of gift ideas, from tiny to the full budget.
- → Fill in “please no” honestly. Allergies and dislikes save everyone money.
- → Mention one thing you’d never buy yourself but would love to get.
For office Secret Santa
Print the blank version and leave a stack by the coffee machine, or post the link in your team chat and let everyone fill it in on their phone. People who don’t know each other well get the most out of it: two answers about snacks and hobbies are enough for a good gift.
Then draw the names
Once you have everyone’s answers, the free Secret Santa generator draws names and sends each person a private link that includes their match’s wish list.

Is there a printable Secret Santa questionnaire? +
Yes. Tap “Print a blank questionnaire for the office” for an empty copy, or fill it in first and tap “Print my answers”. You can also save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
What should I put on a Secret Santa questionnaire? +
Favorite snacks, drinks and colors, your hobbies, sizes if clothes are fine, what you already have too much of, allergies or things you don’t want, and two or three concrete gift ideas within the budget.
Are my answers saved anywhere? +
Only in your own browser, so you can come back and edit them. Nothing is sent to us. Your answers only go to someone when you send or print them.
Is it okay for coworkers? +
Yes. The questions stay light and practical. If your office prefers, skip the sizes question.
